About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team immediately at our Indore or Delhi office. The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years of hands-on experience building scalable web applications across the full stack.

You will lead end-to-end project execution, work closely with clients and internal teams, and make key technical decisions to deliver high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to deployment
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and provide updates
Manage project timelines, delivery quality, and technical decisions
Develop and maintain frontend interfaces using React.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript
Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js
Design and manage databases including MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and optimize application performance
Leverage AI-assisted coding tools and modern development workflows for rapid prototyping

Qualifications

6–8 years of professional experience in full stack development
Strong proficiency in React.js, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development
Experience designing and working with MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, server deployment, and performance optimization
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools and productivity workflows
Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate cross-functional teams
Immediate joiner preferred
