About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to identify and attract top technology talent to meet our organization's hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for technical and IT roles through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics and hiring progress
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in technical or IT recruiting
- Proven experience hiring for technical roles such as software engineers, developers, data engineers, and other IT positions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of technical skills, technologies, and IT terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
